Are you okay with:
What is not included in this trip?
We’ve designed this journey to be as seamless and supportive as possible, but there are a few things you'll need to take care of on your own: 1) International flights to and from India. 2) Visa fees and travel insurance 3) Lunches and dinners, unless otherwise specified
4) Personal expenses (shopping, extra snacks, tips, laundry, etc.)
5) Additional activities not listed in the itinerary 6) Transport outside of scheduled itinerary or early/late check-ins
Is this a traditional tour with a packed itinerary?
No. This journey is not about ticking off sites. It’s about presence, spaciousness, and meaningful experiences. While there are some planned group activities and visits, much of the trip is designed to give you freedom to explore, rest, and move at your own pace.
Is this trip suitable if I’ve never been to India before?
Yes. This journey has been thoughtfully designed to support both first-time and returning travellers. You won’t be thrown into chaos without support—but you also won’t be overly scheduled. There’s structure, guidance, and a local team to help with logistics, but plenty of space for you to go at your own pace and discover India in a way that feels personal and meaningful.
Will I be safe?
India can feel intense, especially if it’s your first time—but you won’t be navigating it alone. This journey has been thoughtfully planned in collaboration with Amit, our trusted local guide. While no destination is without risk, we’ve chosen areas that are generally regarded as safe for travellers, and we’ve built this experience to prioritise your comfort, ease, and wellbeing every step of the way.
Is this for yoga teachers only?
Not at all. This journey is for anyone, whether you’re deep into yogic study or simply curious about India’s sacred traditions.
Do I need to organise anything myself?
Your internal travel, accommodation, and key experiences are organised. If you’d like help booking something personal (a massage, an extra temple visit, or shopping tips), our local guide can assist.
Is this trip suitable for solo travellers?
Absolutely. Many people come solo. You’ll have community when you want it, and space when you need it.
Can I have my own room?
